Shipping Policy

Essential Information:

  • Delivery Locations: We ship all orders directly to your provided address.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Processing Time: Once received, most orders are processed within 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday). High demand or exceptional circumstances may occasionally extend processing times.
  • Transit Time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday), though this can vary based on your location, courier schedules, or other external factors.
  • Total Delivery Time: Based on your location, estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days.
  • Free Shipping Nationwide: All orders within the United Kingdom qualify for free shipping, regardless of order size or total.

We apologise, but currently we can only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order Progress & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know we've started processing it. When your package is dispatched from our warehouse, we'll send a second email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check your shipment's status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are sent out after a processing window and usually arrive within 5 to 8 business days. While most packages are delivered within this timeframe, please note that delivery times can be affected by courier operations, your location, or unforeseen circumstances. Events such as severe weather, peak holiday periods, or logistical disruptions may occasionally cause delays. If this happens, we kindly ask that you allow an extra three business days beyond the expected window before getting in touch. If your order still hasn't arrived after this grace period, please contact our team at support@londonslights.co.uk for assistance.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@londonslights.co.uk as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they've been processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for dispatch or has left our facility, we're unable to halt delivery. In those cases, you're welcome to arrange a return once the package arrives, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when packaging your order, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know immediately at support@londonslights.co.uk. To help us address the issue promptly, kindly include clear photos of the item and its packaging showing the damage or discrepancy.
