Return and Refund Policy
Accepted Returns
Whether your item is defective or non-defective, we accept returns. To start a return, please email support@londonslights.co.uk. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior approval.
Exchanges
If you’ve had a change of mind and want a different product, we can do an exchange. Please contact our support team with your order number and the item you’d like instead, and we will walk you through the process.
Product Condition
In order to do a return, the products condition must be new only. This means the product must be unused, include all original tags, and be in its original packaging.
Return Window
You have a 30 day window from the date your package arrives to start a return request.
Return Method
All returns are processed by mail. After your return request is approved, we will send you a return address as well as instructions on how to ship the item back. We ask that you package the product safely to avoid damage while in transit.
Return Label
The cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking to guarantee the package arrives safely at our facility.
Restocking Fees
We believe in keeping things easy for our customers, which is why we do not charge any restocking fees on returned orders.
Refund Time
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be credited back to the payment method you use to make the purchase. You can expect this transaction to be finalised within 7 days.
